The preferred method of booking is via our website although we are happy to take bookings over the phone or via email/messaging.
We recommend you book as early as possible but we can take bookings at short notice, however, bookings with 48hrs notice or less will need to be made over the phone.
We are open 7 days a week and can deliver & collect on any day between 9am-7pm (any hours outside these can be accommodated with prior agreement).

The equipment stays with you for the length of the party within our operational times, in some cases we may deliver the night before or collect the morning after if you wish. However, we have a max hire of 24 hours.
We ask for payment in full when booking your package with us. Any delivery fees (if applicable) will be payable via cash or card on delivery.
You can cancel bookings at anytime. All bookings are fully refundable up to 48 hrs before your delivery. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hrs notice you will need to contact us and we will be happy to transfer your booking to another date. You can cancel or amend your booking online up to 48 hrs before your booking.
We reserve the right to cancel due to adverse weather conditions (This applies to outdoor bookings only) If we have to cancel for this reason you can use your existing payment towards another booking date (subject to availability).
Please allow 30-45 mins at the beginning and end of each booking (time will vary depending on size of package).
