Booking Information

  • Delivery, Set Up & Collection - Price includes delivery, setup and collection of all equipment. Delivery is free within 10km of Loudwater High Wycombe, a supplement fee will be charged for outside this area. See our Delivery Areas for more details. 


  • Collection & Return Only - Price includes collection of equipment  from Loudwater High Wycombe and return of equipment to Loudwater within 24 hrs. 


  • Bookings can be secured online via our user friendly website, once paid in full the booking is guaranteed. Delivery Fee (if applicable) will be payable on delivery via cash or card. 


  • Please allow 25 mins (Mini Package) - 45 mins (party package) setup time.  


  • All packages are for a minimum of 4 hr and max of 24 hr hire. We can arrange delivery the night before the event if you wish. We will confirm duration with you prior to delivery.


  • We understand plans can change, all orders will be fully refunded up to 48 hrs before your booking. You will be able to cancel/change your order online or give us a call. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hrs notice you will be able to transfer your booking to another date.
